Hi there! I'm Kassandra, a passionate advocate for health, wellness, and self-care, especially for busy moms like you.
As a working mom of one, I understand the challenges of juggling a career and family while trying to take care of yourself. My journey in wellness started in 2017 after gaining weight from having my daughter. I've always been into fitness but fell off after being pregnant and reaching almost 300 pounds. With a bachelor's degree in Health Administration and a master's degree in Human Resources Management, I've dedicated myself to helping moms find balance and joy in their busy lives.
This blog is a space where I share tips on health, wellness, self-care, and fashion for moms over 35. My mission is to provide you with practical advice, inspiration, and a supportive community. When I'm not blogging, you can find me exploring new restaurants and places with my family, experimenting with new recipes, or exploring the latest fashion trends. Fun fact: I can't start my day without reading scripture, a good cup of black coffee 😛 and a quick workout session.
